Clinical Rehab Specialists is a privately owned physical therapy practice located at 15 Tyngsboro Road, #2A in North Chelmsford, MA.
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality physical therapy services. Care is provided on a one-on-one basis to achieve optimal outcomes using current scientific evidence blended with client preference and therapist expertise.

Gerry Dybel has been a practicing physical therapist since 1986. He began his career as an officer and physical therapist in the U.S. Army. Gerry has advanced training in ergonomics and biomechanical analysis and was an associate professor in the PT Department at U Mass Lowell. He has achieved the Geriatric Clinical Specialist certification from the Board of Clinical Specialties of the American Physical Therapy Association and has a focus on the management of orthopedic and neurological disorders in the senior population.
In his spare time Gerry enjoys reading, bicycling and camping.
Connie Seymour has been a practicing physical therapist since 1984. Her education, training, and clinical practice were completed through the Army-Baylor University physical therapy program and as a U.S. Army officer. She has been a physical therapy faculty member for 28 years. Her clinical background is varied with certifications as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and in the LSVT BIG technique for treating Parkinson's disease. Connie practices as a generalist but especially enjoys working with neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric clients. She is very involved with the Healthy Elder Living Program (HELP) and Peak Movement Rehab Gym which is an interdisciplinary non-profit program designed to promote health and fitness in older community dwelling adults. Additionally, in her leisure time you’ll find her walking her dog, gardening, biking, kayaking or watching various sporting events. She also loves to tinker around the house, working on various repair projects.
